- Meet up for a consultation— We will chat about your home goals and timeframe that works for your family. We will establish your home search criteria so that I can begin sending you matches as they hit the market.

- We will discuss financing and the pre-approval process. I will share a list of recommended lenders with you, so you can get moving right away!

- Time to begin the house hunt! From virtual tours to in-person walk-throughs, to going back and taking a second look (yes, that’s totally a thing!), we’ll search until you find the perfect place to call home.

- Found the one? I will negotiate an offer, contingencies, and any counteroffers, to ensure you get the best deal on your dream home. PS, you’re going to want a strong negotiator on your side…thank goodness you found me!

- Behind the scenes work on my end— scheduling and attending the home inspections, keeping up with your lender, reviewing the appraisal, etc., to ensure the process moves along seamlessly.

- Once closing day is here, it’s off to a final walk-through of your new home. I’ll double-triple-check your paperwork, and then, just like that— you’ll get the keys to your home!
